1.  To conduct Teleconference,  first inform the Polnet cell (dial  ----   from  your LG phone.  Else inform the operator (dial 9 on LG phone)  and  find out if a SLOT is free on the particular date and time.

2.  Reserve the slot with Polnet cell /Operator

3.  Contact officers required to participate in the teleconference and  inform  them  in advance about date and time

4.  Ask for assistance in advance  from Polnet cell,  if required

5. Dial 7199 to enter teleconferencing from APSWAN phone and dial 23289606 from any landline or Cell-phone

6. The Tele conference can be conducted from the Mini Conference Hall  very conveniently
